Find out more about Astacia: Astacia is a stay-at-home mother of two girls, ages six and four. Her younger daughter was diagnosed with static Encephalopathy (a neurological condition similar to Cerebral Palsy) at 3 months old. They have been active in the therapeutic community ever since.
