Kale is a fabulously healthy choice if you’re looking for a leafy green vegetable to add to your diet. Kale has 309% of the recommended daily allowance of vitamin A, 201% vitamin C, 14% calcium and 10% iron.

There are many delicious ways to serve kale, but the recipe below for kale chips is one of my favorites and a perfect snack. There are many different variations of this recipe out there, so don’t be afraid to try other seasonings like cayenne pepper, turmeric or a little real maple syrup. This recipe is the simplest way to make kale chips.

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Wash kale and remove stems.
  • Cut or tear into pieces.
  • Place on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Top with a ½ teaspoon of sea salt.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
