Wii fit workout

If you don't have a Wii Fit, it's time to get one now. Honestly, it is an inexpensive, fun, and effective way to get in shape. You can do strength training, aerobic exercises, ballance exercises, and yoga. In fact, this game provides the perfect atmosphere for interval training. That means you get your heart rate up for a short amount of time, then recover. You do this over and over again and you will burn fat very quickly. Here is a fun and easy workout for you if you own the Wii Fit.

Step 1: Warm up with a short run in the aerobics category. Make sure to pump your arms while you jog in place. This will warm up the muscles in your entire body.

Step 2: Click on "Strength training" and do the jack knife. This will tone up your tummy. Then, follow their suggested workout with the yoga bridge and spinal twist.

Step 3: Go back to Aerobics and do the super hoola hoop. If you are a beginner, only do this exercise for 3 minutes, if you are an expert, try 6 minutes. This one really gets your blood pumping. It is one of the best games on Wii Fit.

Step 4: Click into the ballance game category and pick a favorite. The soccer ball or the bubble game are always nice choices. This works on your core muscles and your ability to maintain perfect ballance (an important skill)

Step 5: Go back to the Aerobics section and click on Boxing. Of course you need a nunchuck for these game, but it is a fantastic way to exercise. Work your way up to expert. This is one of the best ways on Wii Fit to work your arms while increasing your heart rate.

Continue this Wii fit exercise every day, or change things up a bit to give your a change of pace. Either way, have fun.
