You are always hearing of foods you should not let your children have.  There seems to be a growing list of foods too high in chemicals, sodium, fat, and things you just don't want your precious little ones consuming.

Well, the writers of "Eat This, Not That" have come up with a list of foods that you should eat every day.  Now, if you have young children, check with your pediatrician to see if these foods are appropriate for your babies or toddlers before serving.  But, if these are recommended for adults, it would be a good idea to get your family started on them early, so that they become a staple in your daily diet.
