
Ziggy Marley released a new album today. The new album is called "Family time" Ziggy Marley performed many of the songs from his new album at the White House. Ziggy got to meet President Obama and his family while he was there. You can watch the videos below for the White House performance. Ziggy Marley gets a little help on this album from his family and friends. Jack Johnson lends his voice on the song "Cry, cry, cry". Rita Marley sings "I love you too", Paul Simon sings with Ziggy on "Walk tall" and Willie Nelson sings "This train". Jamie Lee Curtis even narrated 2 stories on the Family time album. The album is available for download onItunes for $9.99. This album is fantastic for children and families alike.
Ziggy Marley was born on October 17th, 1968 in Trenchtown, Jamaica. His father Bob Marley made reggae music popular in the United States. Ziggy mother, Rita was a backup singer for Bob Marley.
