The clock is running out on Campaign 2008, and on Sarah Palin's 15 minutes of fame -- unless McCain actually wins, but nobody seems to think that's going to happen. And so the trend this morning is for all those people who woke up and realized, "Hey, there's going to be an election soon, isn't there?"

That's probably why www.canivote.org is the top Google Trend this morning. The site is "maintained by the National Association of Secretaries of State," who probably got tired of answering the same questions on the phone over and over. It offers information on registration (too late), polling places, and what kind of ID is required to vote.

Tomorrow is probably going to be an absolute nightmare at most polling places -- since our democracy usually isn't prepared for people, y'know, showing up and practicing it. So going armed with as much information as possible is not a bad idea.

Vote early, vote often, kids. And have fun.
