I'm still strong! I am so amazed. It really does get easier! Thank you to everyone who has been so encouraging this week. I am proud and happy and almost don't believe it that I have not cheated- at all! The best part is forgetting to eat. One day I know I didn't eat enough at all. So I'm having to make sure I'm getting enough calories.

The scale hasn't moved since the last weigh-in but I've learned not to pay attention to the scale all the time- especially not when I tried on an old skirt the other day and it ZIPPED all the way up! Not only that, there was room to spare. Now I'm inspired to do more sit-ups on my exercise ball tonight. Woot!

A couple of things I've noticed are feeling weak when I get up in the morning... I think my body is adjusting. I've been through this before, and I know it won't last. I've been concentrating on increasing my fat and water intake these last couple of days.

I saw my avatar pic and realized how fat my face looked then compared to now. What a difference! I'll have to post a new one soon.
