This morning I feel sore from all the walking I've been doing. I keep forgetting to put that in my posts, but I've been taking a half-hour walk every night after supper. Last night I ran part of the way and I'm feeling it today!!

But to the good part: THE SCALE! I was down-get this-4.5 pounds! I'm very very happy with this. It's not even been a week yet. I hope this continues!

My menu for today
Breafast: Scrambled eggs with tomato and cheese

Lunch: Tuna salad with lettuce and tomato (hehehe)

Supper: Roasted chicken with mashed cauli and cucumber salad
