WEEEELLLL, let's just say that I'm happy with the results of the first two weeks of Atkins induction. When I did this a few years ago, the pounds just melted off while I was standing on the scale. I'm finding that things won't be so fast this time, but that won't lessen my determination. So at the end of the first two weeks, I'm down 7.5 pounds!! I'm happy to see them go, and I won't be inviting them back, like, ever. So I'm off to a good start and very happy with my loss so far.

Things that I've noticed:

-Caffeine really affects me

-I eat WAY more vegetables now

-Increasing fat speeds up loss

-I have to plan my meals so that I will eat- I am never hungry.

-My jeans are looooose!
