Biggest box office bombs: # 9 - Ishtar (1987)

The ninth film on the list of biggest box office bombs is Ishtar. This film is a perfect example of how bad “buzz” can be for a film. Negative press started circulating before the film’s release and the damage was done. The word “Ishtar” has actually become a slang term for a box office flop in “Hollywood speak.”

Plot
