Biggest box office bombs: # 11 - Howard the Duck (1986)

“You will believe that a duck can talk.”

The eleventh film on the list of biggest box office bombs is Howard the Duck. This time we have a very successful producer delivering a flop. George Lucas produced this film, which included a $2 million duck suit. Despite packing the movie with as many special effects and comedy as humanly and ornithologically (don’t you love 7-syllable words!) as possible, this movie was instantly criticized as one of the worst films of all time.

Plot

A scientific experiment unknowingly brings extraterrestrial life forms to the Earth through a laser beam. First is the cigar smoking drake Howard from the duck's planet.
