You may remember Kellie Pickler from the fifth season of American Idol, but did you know she's also a huge animal lover? She has three animals at home, including an orange tabby cat named Pickles.
"[When] I moved to Nashville, I didn't have any friends [...], so that's what first triggered me to get my first cat, Pickles," she said in an interview with People Pets.
"He just keeps me so much company."
It's no wonder Kellie picked a cat as her first pet. Cats are easy to take care of, instantly potty-trained, independent and of course, adorable! They are happy to just sit next to you while you work, watch TV or sleep.
Kellie also has a Chihuahua named Moo Moo and a python named Boots. Yep, a python! And, they are one happy family!
"They're like my little kids," she told People Pets.
