I visited Janice recently for some personal coaching and not only is she fantastic as a weight loss coach, she is spectacular on life issues as well.
She's very laid back and very committed and caring. And funny. She is a real find.
I know it's hard sometimes to find a good coach in this city when so many have their flags flying, but I've personally experienced Janice's techniques and feel they were well worth the time and dinero.
I had a great hypnosis session with her regarding personal growth stuff and building my coaching practice. I felt very relaxed and trusted her to lead the process. She is currently making the rounds with her new book All is Forgiven: Move On Our Lady of Weight Loss's 101 Fat-Burning Steps on Your Journey to Sveltesville .
Eat watermelon or kimchi for great fat burning foods.
Coaching, for those who don't know, is a way to continually improve what you're already doing and get you what you want much faster than doing it on your own. A good coach puts you at center stage and creates with you a specific path to your success.
It's not therapy, you don't sit around endlessly talking about your past. In fact, your past plays very little part in real coaching. You take what you have now and create the course you want to see and then do it. The good coach keeps you focused, refines your way, encourages you and keeps you accountable so you get there and not just dick around the rest of your life.
There are just some things we don't see on our own. Everyone can use a coach for something. Sure I'm biased, being a coach, but obviously I believe in it or I wouldn't be doing it.
