He said,
"Be of the moment, not above the moment, not around it. Totally immerse yourself in the moment and your character.
Show your character warts and all, don't be afraid to play to your feminine side. Sometimes the female is the strongest energy of all.
Don't hesitate. Make firm, strong, clear decisions, even if that means looking like a fool or a girl. Spill it, say it, do it. Give it away! All of it!
Be courageous. Don't be afraid to fall down. Show your character's strengths and their weaknesses.
Be memorable. Streak across the sky like a blazing, shooting star."
