The best ways to beat a boring job; make it fun (jeez!)

Your job may not become as exciting as the Gay Pride
parade, but you can surely make it more fun than it is now.

MSN recently wrote how cure a "boring job" in this blog, but what it really tells you is to just find another job.

Great, fine, but what if you can't or won't leave your boring job?

Here's a crazy thought. instead of hopping around from job to job hoping things will get better, make them better right were you are and launch yourself out of that job.

You may not make every moment as rollicking as the Gay Pride Parade, but you can have a lot more fun than you're having now. And even if you don't get promoted right away, you still brought your own party, so you're having fun anyway.

To be happy in your job, It starts with what your're thinking.

BE THANKFUL you even have a job goddammit. I can't believe MSN has the balls to even run this story. Do you know how many people have been tossed out of work?

So quit whining that someone is paying you to sit your lazy ass down in front of a computer or do some task you demean by calling menial. There are probably 200 people or more who would kill just to get your job.

FEEL THE LOVE, MAN. Bring happiness to your job. Feel good first (see be thankful), imagine something you love doing and feel it, bring that joy to your job.  You gotta be there right?  Might as well make it enjoyable for yourself.

DO MORE THAN IS EXPECTED OF YOU. If someone is paying you to mow their lawn, mow their lawn and bag their leaves. Instead of looking at it as back-breaking work, see it as an opportunity to bring your slug-like physique into beautiful form and an opportunity to advance yoursell spiritually, emotionally and financially.

BE GREAT RIGHT WHERE YOU ARE AND SOON YOU WILL BE DOING GREATER THINGS.

If you find your current job boring, do a great job of it. soon you will be promoted right out of it or other opportunities will come your way to be great elsewhere. Have patience too, it might take a minute longer than you want it to.

SOMEONE IS ALWAYS WATCHING YOU. Even when you think no one is watching you, someone is watching your progress.
