It's week 2 of my make Monday less-tortorous-and-slightly-more-tolerable campaign inspired by the Healthy Monday campaigns.
I've dubbed Mondays Feel Great Monday here at Wellness Centrale.
So, what are you doing to feel great today? It's a new week, a new opportunity for fun and adventure of your choice.
I took a few minutes today to appreciate what I offer. I said to myself "I am a good person and I deserve all the love and happiness that comes to me." I reminded myself to share this rich velvety goodness with everyone I meet.
You can make fun of it if you like, but too many of us forget to really appreciate ourselves or we think we're bragging if we do.
If no one else tells you today; you are loved and you have greatness inside you. We all do.
So, what have you done or what are you doing to make yourself feel great today? Not temporary gratification, but real joy? A massage, time at the gym, a bath, telling your significant other you love them? Some time alone in a park or by the water?
