The Mobile Press-Register pokes some fun at Alabama Attorney General Troy King for overreacting to the swine flu scare. For those who don't understand the significance of the particular pig used in the cartoon, scroll down to the middle of this article.
"Remain calm and wash your hands frequently," writes cartoonist J.D. Crowe on his blog. "Keep an eye on your prize hog...if it has the sniffles or a fever you might wanna refrain from kissing it."
"If you do kill your pig it's OK to eat it. (Unless it's made of plastic, of course)," he adds.
Props to Loretta Nall, who inflated the pig story to significance in the first place.
