No parent wants to contemplate an emergency in which their child my go missing.  But these things do happen and if you want to be prepared, here is an opportunity to do so.

Time is of the essence when a child goes missing. Therefore having fingerprints, recent photos, accurate descriptions of distinctive characteristics, and an emergency profile assists officers in saving precious time.

On Saturday, September 5, 2009, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, the Office Depot at 24313 Crenshaw Blvd. in  Torrance will host ME911, an organization which will provide families with a FREE 8 ½ by 11-inch profile with forensic-quality fingerprints and your child's photograph.

First a ME911 agent will create a profile, then scan their fingertips with a digital inkless device and finally take a digital photo. When needed in an investigation, you can then hand it over to authorities anywhere in the world.

NO records are stored. All information is permanently erased. Only you retain your child's information. We do not require or store any personal information.
