This weekend, November 7th and 8th, stars and astronauts will gather at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor's Complex to meet, greet and sign autographs!
Stars from Star Trek: The Next generation will join astronauts at the complex for their Astronaut Scholarship Foundation's Astronaut Autograph and Memorabilia Show. The all-star line up includes Levar Burton who played Lt. Commander Geordi La Forge, Michael Dorn, who played Klingon Lt. Worf and Marina Sirtis, who played Counselor Deanna Troi. Famous astronauts Buzz Aldrin from the Apollo 11 mission and Jim Lovell from the Apollo 13 mission will all join together to meet fans and sign autographs for a great cause.
Never before have this many astronauts and Sci-Fi figures gathered in one place for an autograph show! The weekend promises guests photo opportunities, autograph sessions, space simulator rides with astronauts and celebrities, as well as, special dining opportunities and much more!
Show-goers may bring their own items to be signed or may purchase items at the show. Tickets range from $10 to $550 and are now available by visiting www.AstronautScholarship.org or calling 321-455-7014. Autographs are an additional fee. Space is limited!
Ticket proceeds benefit the Astronaut Scholarship Foundation, a non-profit organization which provides scholarships to college students who exhibit motivation, imagination and exceptional performance in the science or engineering field of their major. The Foundation funds nineteen $10,000 scholarships annually and has awarded $2.8 million nationwide.
