From Ginda Bayliss at Mickey’s comes the Billie Jean, an original drink created especially for the Michael Jackson drink recipe challenge. Like the song, Ginda doesn’t mind causing a scene. You won’t mind either, after a few of these tasty shots.
I recently sent out a challenge to all bartenders to help celebrate the incredible life of Michael Jackson by coming up with drink recipes inspired by the legendary superstar. Here's Ginda’s:
Billie Jean

Ingredients
1-1/4 oz Bacardi Dragonberry Rum
¾ oz cranberry
¾ oz pineapple
¾ oz sweet & sour mix
splash of grenadine
Directions
Combine ingredients in a mixing tin over ice. Shake well and strain into a shot glass.
