MechWarrior 4 to be released for free

If there's one thing that makes PC gaming the best gaming platform, it's the fact that there's no shortage of FREE games out there to be had.
And now MekTek.net has been authorized to distribute MechWarrior 4 and all its expansions for free in commemoration of BattleTech’s 25th anniversary (and MekTek’s 10th anniversary).
BattleTech fans will get a chance to revisit MechWarrior, and new players can discover MechWarrior and the BattleTech universe for the first time -- all completely free.
The downloads will be "available soon" -- so click the link below to go to their site -- and bookmark it.
