In honor of Anna Be, a stylish local bridal boutique turning 3, they are hosting an exciting event! Through the entire month on November, any bride who puts a down-payment on a new dress, will be entered in the contest. The winner, chosen December 1, 2009, will be awarded 3,000 dollars towards the purchase of her wedding dress!
