Bicyclist killed in lower Queen Anne

The Seattle Times reported a bicyclist crossing Dexter Way North was struck and killed by a car exiting Aurora Avenue North at about 10 P.M. on Wednesday. The bicyclist was pronounced dead at the scene when paramedics arrived. Police arrested the unidentified driver after identifying signs of impairment.
Police shut down the streets near the collision site in Queen Anne and South Lake Union for five hours.
