I must introduce to you an amazing personality that lives in the internet. He is available for all to enjoy so I wanted to mention him. Your lives will be filled with a momentary glimmer of hope after you meet him and it will only take four minutes and twenty seconds of your life.
Imagine if Xena and Brett Michaels had a baby that was born atop a unicorn galloping towards a pirate ship? That baby would be named Chris Dane Owens and he has brought the word “epic” to a whole new level. The great news is that he wants to share it with you!
Forget what you know about being a music snob and trying to categorize Chris Dane Owens. He’s in his own category. But if you need a comparison, my friend Paul Jaffe says it best when he describes CDO’s music as a cross between “The Bee Gees, Rick Astley, Red Hot Chili Peppers, INXS, and hobbitness.” Oh yes it’s an audio mélange that will make you cringe a little. But dang, is it catchy. It’s perfectly alright to have guilty pleasures. He has been reviewed in other publications that deal with his music so I will not delve into it anymore.

The real treasure lies not only in the music but in the accompanying music video. It’s everything you could wish for in an action movie sans ninjas. The video is a four hour long fantasy movie that has been edited down to four minutes of the juiciest parts. You will sit with your jaw dangling, have eyes drying out from not blinking, and say “oh my god” throughout the entire thing. As I said before, rockstar warrior baby pirate. You will not be disappointed. You can learn more about Chris at his website http://chrisdaneowens.com/.  And you can check out his video right now, lucky you!  Just keep watching, it gets better and better.
