So, you're dream of entering the NFL was demolished long ago and now you have no choice but to vicariously live through that favorite player of yours? You have to settle for yelling at the TV and telling the coach what play they really should've gone with, huh? Yeah, it's a tough break. And if unlike the up and coming NFL heroes of the future you find yourself sitting on your couch rather than in a tense room in New York City, Finnhenry's has a little something up there sleeve for you this Saturday.
That's right, Saturday, NFL Draft Day 2009- the day men everywhere have deemed a national holiday- football fans will gather, beer in hand, at BBQs and local bars to witness the fate of their favorite team. Will they finally get the QB they so badly need or will they trade up for an earlier pick only to miss their shot at one of the great's? Oooh, the suspense.
If Draft Day isn't already marked on your calendar, Finnhenry's makes it far too tempting not to clear your schedule. If staying indoors amongst friends to see how it all turns out isn't your thing, Finnhenry's is hosting a Draft Day 2009 party from 3 pm until...well, until you get tired of drinking beer and watching round after round. Axis Magazine's cover models will be in attendance and aside from great beer specials and the usual good bar grub, the kitchen is cooking up a complimentary nacho and taco buffet! What's better than beer, friends, and football? Beer, friends, football, and tacos!
