Being about an hour or so away from Tampa, it seems a bit unfair to be so close yet so far from the Superbowl this weekend. Living through one Sunday without a football game on was tough for some at my house. If you can't be at the game and, like us, want to celebrate Superbowl Sunday with friends, good food, and a few beers, look no further for ideas. Here are a few places in Orlando that will be partying just as hard as Raymond James Stadium this Sunday.
Miller's Alehouse: With various locations throughout the Orlando area and a plethora of TVs throughout each establishment, Alehouse will inevitably be full of football fans. $50 not only gets you a ticket and assigned table to watch the game, but it also provides you with all you can eat and drink (shots not included). Alehouse is usually packed on any given football Sunday so be sure to call soon to reserve your space.
Big Belly Brewery: What's better than watching the Superbowl at a great local bar? How about $50 all you can eat and drink (wings, fingers, sandwiches, fries, shrimp, pizza, wells, calls, bottled beer & draft beer)? Still on the fence? What about a beer pong tournament and cash prizes? Sounding good, I bet. And guys, if you're still driving a hard bargain, would a "Halftime Bikini Contest" sell you on the Big Belly celebration? Yeah, that's what I thought. With 20 TVs to watch the game on, a photobooth to commemorate your joy or look of defeat, and a great specials, how can you say no? Call now for your table reservation.
Buffalo Wild Wings: Known for showing every UFC match and any game that matters, BWW usually runs on a first come first serve basis. Each location will be doing its own Superbowl special and all decisions will be made by Monday. With the amount of TVs and projection screens in any given BWW, you're sure to have a good seat for the game. Call soon to hear your local specials.
Friday's Front Row: Boasting that it will be "Orlando's biggest Superbowl party," Friday's Front Row is offering up a game day buffet (complete with carved roast beef, rolls, fried mac N' cheese, bratwurst, chicken wings, potstickers, crab legs, shrimp cocktail, a nacho station, and fajitas)
Whether you're rooting for the Steelers or the Cardinals (my best friend would be so disappointed in you), these are some of the best places in town to go out and catch the game in true Superbowl fashion. If you're traveling to Orlando from out of town and want to go where the locals would go to catch the game, these places will not disappoint. I'd invite you to our house party but it may get a bit crowded.
