DaVinci's true masterpiece!

What would the world be like if Homer was never conceived? It would certainly not be a better place, in fact the world would probably be worse off if Homer was never around. What if Homer never fell into the cooling tower of Springfield Power Plant? America would then have its own Chernobyl, and that would be quite the tragedy.

There would be no Poochy, and every one knows that Poochy made Itchy and Scratchy a show worth watching. There would be no one to antagonize Flanders, there would have never been a man who floated through space and ate potato chips. Who would have revealed the fact that Mr. Burns' secretary (Mr. Smithers) was cheating for him at golf? Who would have done all these things if it weren't for Homer Jay Simpson?

So what if Homer has made a few mistakes in his life? Seriously who hasn't, but unlike most people Homie is unique, because he always finds a way to clean up the mess he has created, even if some times he just brushes it under the rug, at least he tries, most people can't even lie about trying to fix their fumbles.

The world is for sure a better place because of Homer, and the world should be grateful, especially Springfield. But Homer needs no recognition all he asks for is to keep action movies coming out of Hollywood, keep doughnuts in plentiful supply and never ever let prohibition become an amendment in the Constitution again.
