Seventh Generation has teamed up with the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund (OCRF) to dedicate a day for  women to start talking about ovarian cancer and to try to raise donations to help educate women on the signs of ovarian cancer.   The result: “Let’s Talk…Period” Day is September 1st.  

If you get a chance, please log on to www.LetsTalkPeriod.com and register your email address to generate a $1 donation by Seventh Generation to the OCRF on your behalf. The donation will be capped at $22,000 (to represent the number of women that will be diagnosed with ovarian cancer this year). While on the website, you will also find information on ovarian cancer (signs, symptoms, risk factors and prevention). In addition to the donation on your behalf, Seventh Generation will give each registrant a coupon for their organic cotton tampons.
