Last night, Chronicle featured a show all about atheists and non-religious people called “Good without God”. The show did a wonderful job of sharing the opinions and ideas of atheists in the Boston area, including friend and Boston Atheists founder, Zachary Bos.
The show started by featuring Greg Epstein from the Harvard Humanist Chaplaincy, atheist parents and the problems they face raising a child without religion and the Boston Atheists group and its focus on being a community of non-believers. The show also discussed political implications of being an atheist, the Secular Coalition for America and how the number of atheists has risen in recent polls. I recommend watching it if you have not already.
If you are interested in being more involved with atheists and humanists in your area, check out the Coalition of Reason website to find out more.
