This Thursday Night

Tibetian Singing Bowl
Chakra Meditation

presented by Bradford Smith and Patti Pellerito

Experience the mystical Tibetan Singing bowls on a unique sound and meditation experience.  Allow yourself to be transported to other states of consciousness.

Encompassing elements of sound, breath, movement, and relaxation as you are introduced to a deeper awareness of the 7 major chakras. Guided by Tibetan singing bowls, flute, and didgeridoo, as presented by Bradford Smith and Patti Pellerito.

Sense February of last year Patti and myself have been working together exploring the Tibetan singing bowls.  We have presented the bowls with other events, most recently at World Peace Day with Jeanie Breeze leading a  guided meditation, Patti singing the bowls and me playing flutes and saxophone.

Our program will include breathing techniques and postures to bring awareness to the chakras, followed by a bowls and musical experience designed to take you deeper into the experience of inner connection.

We will be at Nurturing Spirit, enjoying the acoustics of their Labyrinth room.  Just the right dimensions to create a reverb that supports music and sound, and that transports you to an experience.   During the meditation you will have the option to sit or lay down. Space is limited and we are asking for advanced reservation. Call Michelle at Nuturing Spirit, (314) 533-8888
Admission, $25
