Ingredients
- 1 package of store bought soft taco shells
- 1 package of cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon of Tabasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon of green pepper Tabasco sauce
- 2 packages of thin sliced turkey breast
- 16 pieces of Monterey jack cheese or your favorite sliced cheese
- Toothpicks
Directions
With a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add 1 teaspoon of each kind of Tabasco sauce. Mix well.
Spread cream cheese over soft taco shell. Layer on turkey slices until shell is covered, repeat with cheese slices. Roll-up taco shell and slice in half. Use a toothpick to secure. Repeat until you have used all taco shells.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
*Cooks note- You can use burrito shells and cut into smaller sections once rolled. You can also use ham or chicken in place of turkey. Experiment with amounts of Tabasco sauce according to taste.
