This is great for those mornings when time is not on your side. ![]()
-2 whole frozen bananas
-1 cup skim milk
-1 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
-1/4 cup wheat germ
-2 egg whites
-2 teaspoons vanilla extract
-1 teaspoon Splenda
Place all in a blender and whirl until smooth. I like to add some whey protein powder (one scoop) to make this even more of a power breakfast. Also try different flavors of yogurt to produce a new experience every time!
