If you're a person who takes care to put effort into your general health and fitness, chances are that you're a person interested in keeping yourself as young as possible. But how young can you keep yourself, and how can you tell? The Real Age website is here to help.

Real Age is a fitness website that is dedicated to promoting high standards of healthy living. It takes a very personalized approach, offering a free test to determine what each website visitor's "real age" in terms of what they're body has experienced. If you've practiced healthy habits like exercising, sleeping well, not smoking, and eating a balanced diet, you're "real age" will probably be calculated to be a few years below you're actual age. If you haven't, you're "real age" may end up being older than your actual age. Whichever way you score, the website offers advice on how to make choices that will keep you young and healthy and how to avoid factors that may lead to health problems or early aging.

In addition to being useful on a personal level, the Real Age website also works to create a sense of community. You can peruse their marketplace for items to buy or discuss any health topic on your mind on their message boards.

If you ever wished for a website where you could spend hours of time without feeling guilty about neglecting your health (mental, physical, or otherwise), your wish has been granted. Real Age is, without a doubt, one of the healthiest websites out there.
