  • Arizona
  • Arkansas
  • Colorado
  • DC
  • Florida
  • Georgia
  • Hawaii
  • Indiana
  • Kentucky
  • Louisiana
  • Michigan
  • Mississippi
  • Montana (or same day at election office)
  • Pennsylvania
  • Utah (or in person 10/28)
  • Tennessee
  • Texas
  • Virginia

Also this week:

  • October 7th - Illinois
  • October 8th - Missouri
  • October 10th - New York and North Carolina
