Light up the queen foundation
The Queen Theater in Wilmington - certainly worth saving!

The efforts to renovate the Queen Theatre - and re-invigorate the arts scene in Wilmington - are providing yet another great evening of music on June 20 at 605 Market Street, as the Light Up the Queen Foundation presents 'God Save the Queen' with local sensations Daze End and The Bullbuckers.

Put on your dancin' shoes and boogie the night away to a fusion of soul-searing and foot-stomping music - ska like you've never heard it (unless you were living in the Islands in the 60s), soul and a tinge of hip-hop.  It's a Wilmington sound that has roots - and fans - round the globe.

For only eight bucks you can Save the Queen and dance the night away at the same time? Sounds like a great idea to me!  See ya there...
