If you love Ria's Bluebird in Grant Park, and the adventurous and natural plates featured, you'll be sure to love Chef Ria's newest restaurant, Sauced.

Sauced, slated to open this fall in Inman Park, is the latest venture of already established Chef Ria Pell and partner Stephen Gannon.

The new establishment will feature the freshest in local and organic ingredients with an emphasis on a wide variety of sauces.

Beginning tonight, Sauced will feature a "Sneak a Peek" tasting menu on the patio.

Sauced will also be open for the first annual Inman Park Restaurant week.

Since our doors will not be officially open, please join us on our patio for some grilling and chilling with co-owners Ria Pell and Stephen Gannon  presenting “sticks and dips” a three course tasting menu for $15, cash only

After dark, we’ll premier our hilarious slideshow of construction progress with refreshing beverages. Fun for all ages from 6pm until 10pm nightly, August 25th-29th. located at 753 Edgewood Ave at the corner of Waddell ST.
