Chef Hector Santiago
Come out to Pura Vida in the Poncey-Highlands tomorrow, Wednesday August 19, 2009, for the Top Chef Premier Party. The party starts at 9pm with your hosts The Bacardi Girls.
Reservations are still available through Pura Vida's website.
Chef Hector will be serving up the dish he creates on Top Chef this weekend only. If you can't make it to the party, be sure to make your way down before the weekend is over.
