
Details on Anne Quatrano's new "meat centered" restaurant have been hush hush for the past month. I have insight from credible sources that the original thought behind the restaurant is "a feminine steakhouse."
Set to open in April of 2009, sources say that Anne, tired of overtly masculine geared steakhouses, longs to create a space that turns the table on the on the dimly lit dining room and dark heavy woods that traditional steakhouses embody.
The restaurant concept will come full circle this upcoming spring and will open in the White Provisions Building, formerly a slaughter house, appropriately.
