After trying a few of the cupcakes from West Egg cafe, which proclaimed to be the best in Atlanta, I have come to the tough decision of awarding my Top Cupcake award to Atlanta Cupcake Factory.

I had three cupcakes from West Egg, the Red Velvet, The Coca-Cola, and the Gingerbread cupcakes. Overall, here are my notes,

Red Velvet- Cake was dry. Frosting hit the spot, classic cream cheese, sweet and smooth.

Gingerbread- Cake was dry. Frosting was harder and sugar was granulated and noticeable.

Coca-Cola-Cake was moist and flavorful. Frosting was creamy and delicious with just a hint of Coca-Cola lingering within it.

I made my final decision based on my disappointment in the cake. I forgave the red velvet cupcake's dryness, but two out of three was unforgivable. Therefore, my previous claim about Atlanta Cupcake Factory still stands-Best Cupcakes in Atlanta.
