The classic American Express advertisements tell us to never leave home without the American Express Card.  That's fine for people who were born organized and with a great memory.  But as for the rest of the population, wanting to bring something and remembering to bring something are so different and that is where Packwhiz comes in.

Packwhiz is a free service that is designed to help you prepare for a trip.  No matter what your destination is - the beach, the mountains, a city, an amusement park - you have to pack for the trip. For most folks preparing for the trip consists of scribbled notes around the houses, pleas to a family member to "remember to pack.." and the last minute scramble before getting out the door.

Packwhiz wants to make packing an easier event.  You logon to Packwhiz, you register via a Google account, and Packwhiz will generate a comprehensive custom list based on your destination, means of transportation, type of accommodation, etc.  You can save your list for future use, you can print the list and you can email the list - Packwhiz will try and do anything to help you get ready for your trip.

Your to-do list will even include reminders like "take out the trash" so you can go on and leave the house confident that this time, perhaps for the first time ever, you did not forget a thing!
