Capcom has been generous to send a new video my way showing of one of the more interesting new characters, Gouken 

The history with this character goes all the way back to 1992 where a translation error in Ryu's victory quote, ''You must defeat Sheng Long to stand a chance," led many to believe that Sheng Long was a character, when Sheng Long really meant Dragon Punch. However, video game magazine ran with a made an article where people could actually fight Sheng Long after performing an impossible task. It was EGM's first April Fool's Joke. It also probably lead to the creation of Akuma (or Gouki Long) and inclusion of Sheng Long in the Street Fighter canon.  And now, Ryu and Ken's master will be fully playable in the upcoming Street Fighter IV.

Capcom also announced that it will hit the PS3, PC, and 360 on February 17, 2009.
