Quick!  It's almost Halloween and you still need a costume!  Here are some super-easy costumes you can create in mere minutes.

Animal
Make ears and a tail out of the material or construction paper of your choice, paint on some whiskers and dress monochromatically.

Athlete
Everyone's got sneakers!  Throw them on with a jersey and shorts and carry around the appropriate sporting equipment for your look of choice.  Feeling preppy?  Wear a polo shirt and carry a tennis racket.  Sad that the Sox aren't in the series?  Wear your favorite Red Sox gear and carry a box of tissues.

Baby
Ladies, wear some pjs (footsie pajamas preferred), grab a teddy bear, and put your hair in pig tails.  Stop by the grocery store on your way to the party and grab a pacifier or baby bottle and you've got yourself an instant costume!

Farmer
Bust out some overalls and a flannel shirt or some light-colored jeans and wear with boots.  Bring along a stuffed farm animal or an ear of corn as a prop.  Have a straw hat or a farming tool?  Bring that too.

Puns
We've already mentioned pig in a blanket and devil in a blue dress, but why not try a catalog (dress as a cat, carry a log) or a ceiling fan.  You'll be the most groan-worthy guest at the party.

Toga
Whether you're going as a Greek Goddess or a drunken frat boy, all you'll need is a bed sheet and some sandals.  Need to know how to tie it?  Watch a tutorial on YouTube for assistance.  Want to get fancier?  Add a belt or a crown.

There's no excuse to head out to a Halloween party this year without a costume.  The possibilities really are endless, so raid your closet and a makeup case and get to work!
