According to several sources that specialize in listing all the common and not so common holidays and commemorations, May 11 is Twilight Zone Day. Unfortunately, none of those sources was able to track down the origin of this, and so far, neither have I. even a shout-out to the folks at Weird New Jersey went unanswered. So, at first I thought that I shouldn't write about it. Then I realized, how Twilight Zone-like is it to be celebrating a day that might not even exist.

So, ladies and gentlemen, I present for your consideration the unfinished story of whether or not today is a holiday or not. Just remember, things are never as they seem in The Twilight Zone or on Twilight Zone Day.
