The Dallas Cowboys made their first bold move of the season, benching wide receiver Patrick Crayton so that Miles Austin can get the start.

Miles is coming off a 10-catch, 250 yard game, a Cowboys record. Roy Williams is expected back, along with running back Felix Jones.

The Cowboys face the Atlanta Falcons this Sunday. After barely defeating the Kansas City Chiefs and suffering a humiliating loss to the undefeated Denver Broncos, a win against the Falcons could instill the necessary confidence the team lacks.

Benching Patrick Crayton makes a statement, but it is not one that will change the chemistry of the team.

Jerry Jones has already expressed the importance of this game.

The biggest challenge is igniting the Cowboys red-zone offense against the Falcons, who have the third-best ranked red-zone defense. This is not going to be easy.
