This seven story condominium residence will be located at 2359 N. Seeley and the only condo building of its size to utilize wind turbines on the roof to generate 2% of the building’s power. This will reduce resident’s electric bills by 10%.

The project's 94 one- and two-bedroom homes range from 690 to 1,335 square feet, with prices starting in the low $200s up to $499,000.  Every loft has a large balcony.  Dedicated indoor parking is available for $30,000 and buyers who drive hybrids will get to park in a reserved area.

Eco friendly features include a green roof garden; energy efficient plumbing and lighting fixtures; clean indoor air systems and recycling stations.

Senco Properties, developer for the project is seeking silver certification for EcoLogic from the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environment Design (LEED) program.

Chicago’s FitzGerald Associates is the architect for the project.
