Chef dinner to benefit Friends of the High Line

On Sunday October 4, at 6:00 p.m.,Tom Colicchio, Chef/Owner of the Craft empire, will be hosting a celebratory event to raise money for the High Line by bringing together acclaimed chefs from restaurants all along the High Line.

Contributors to this special tasting dinner will beApril Bloomfield of The John Dory, Ralf Kuettel of Trestle on Tenth, Marc Meyer of Cookshop, Masaharu Morimoto of Morimoto, Dan Silverman of The Standard Grill, Sue Torres of Sueños, and of course Chef Colicchio. And, Mario Batali of Del Posto will offer a very special auction item to High Line supporters.

Funds raised at this dinner help Friends of the High Line maintain and operate this public park.  Tickets start at $500, and packages are available at various levels of sponsorship.
