You ever notice how lost you are without something so simple as  . . .your computer?  Sometimes the feeling of  helplessness was so overwhelming while my computer was out.  For about a week and while it was in the shop for repair I got a chance to do some sorely needed reading .

Now I am back and found some interesting reading from books I was given on subjects which are not really, the most popular, but nonetheless were good reading material..

While reading,  I thought to myself .  .SELF,  (LOL!) if someone were to have a good idea and wanted to write a book about UFOs, phenomenon or the like, where would they go?   Do you have the tenacity or staying power to complete the book writing  process and  keep someone's interest?   When you a write book are you knowledgeable enough on the subject to be considered an "expert in your field"?  I am sure that at one time or another the following authors below felt the same way, but if "persistence is the key to success", then they surely are winners -  but I'll leave that up to you to decide.  These books are in no particular order by the way!

The Phoenix Lights
by Lynne D. Kitei, M.D.

Dr. Lynne Kitei,  is a well respected Phoenix physician, writer and producer of an award winning documentary on the Phoenix Lights The lights, appearing on January 22,1997 appeared at night as amber orgs in a massive triangular formation moving silently over Phoenix, Arizona.  Her efforts to research the truth of the Phoenix Lights have confronted explanations of optical illusions, military aircraft but these so-called “debunkers” have failed in trying to discredit Dr. Kitei’s excellent account of what really happened in Phoenix.     Also available on DVD.

UFOs: The Great Debate: An Objective Look at Extraterrestrials, Government Cover-Ups, and the Prospect of First Contact

Allan Danelek actually lives in Colorado and has been writing for about 15 years while working as a graphic Artist.  This is a must read book for anyone who remailns unsure about the existence of UFOs.  The book allows the reader to decide for themselves about the government conspiracy theory with an insightful and fair minded debate, both pro and con.. A good quick read, there are no photos or illustrations which might otherwise distract from the facts presentedi n this straight-forward language.

The book is divided into three parts, with an introduction to the topic and a great appendix stating what an Alien's Perspective on Earth may look like.  Part one is a debate over UFOs, alternative theories, why they might want to visit Earth and life in outer space and other worlds.  Part two covers government cover-ups (did I say that right - covers the cover-ups?) and various facts on the UFO crash at Roswell, New Mexico.  Part three covers contact and the alien Agenda.

Our Galactic Visitors: The Extraterrestrial Influence
by Robert Siblerud (Author)

Dr. Siblerud is presently the Executive Director of the Institute for the Study of Galactic Civilizations. This organization is planning a great conference here, in Denver,  in September.

A great reference if you are interested in knowing something about various aliens.  Most "newbies" are aware of only  a few types of  aliens, namely the Grays!.  What about The Pleiadians, the Sirians, The Reptilians, The Zeta, the Arcturians and the Annunaki?  This great book even goes into chapters on other Galactic Civilizations and is one of the few books with the courage to discuss Inner Earth Civilizations  and Underground Bases. What is really behind the government's effort in NORAD?   Which type of alien is helping humanity and which are here to impede our advancement or to assist us in making the quantum leap in consciousness into the Fith Dimension?  "According to Mr. Siblerud, "Humanity is beginning to wake up with assistance from our galactic visitors, who have influenced our religions, agriculture, science, and even politics."

The True Story of Alien Contact
by Dr. Jonathan Reed PhD and Robert Raith

Wow!!! One of those books about alien contact where the reader is left with the impression of 'Could this have really happened?' or ''I'm not going out in the woods alone anymore!' or at the very least, 'I gotta get me a freezer!'  The book is complete with pictures of "Freddie" an alien life form and his 'Obelisk", a  six sided Alien Craft and more. The book is a good read, convincing and more like a novel, but it is NOT fiction.  Dr. Reed profoundly states that this actually happened and has given testimony to his experience in this Extraterrestrail Odyssey!   It is scary to think this could happen while hiking with your dog! 

And there you have it . . .  just a few good books which are worth the time to read! 

Just don't let your computer go down, however, to force you to read!
