  1. How many people can this venue hold seated and standing?
  2. Do you host more than one wedding on the same day?
  3. Do I have to hire vendors on an approved list or can I use any vendors that I want?
  4. Is there a rental fee? What does it cover?
  5. When will I be able to start setting up for the event? Can I have access to set up the day before?
  6. How much is the deposit? When is it due and when is the remaining balance due? What form of payment does the location accept?
  7. What is the cancellation policy?
  8. If you’re having your ceremony or reception outdoors, is there a rain plan? Is there a facility large enough to hold the event in case of inclement weather?
  9. Are there restrictions on photography or videography?
  10. Is there sufficient parking for the guests?
