Model Elle Macpherson is the latest celeb to have to knock down the price of a home to attract London buyers.
Like other celebs, she has had to drop the price of her home more than once
The Austrailian lovely put her seven story London home for sale for about $16,300,000 last summer. The Notting Hill home dropped to about $15,000,000 and now is dropped to $12.3 million.
Elle Macpherson has a new role in the tv show, "The Beautiful Life" which will debut in the U.S. this fall.
She bought the home in November of 2006 after leaving Arpad Busson, the father of her to children.
The Victorian property was built in the 1850s and has six bedrooms. It has been redone in a modern style and includes a large kitchen with multiple islands.
