The Signature Grand is the place for parties. Located in Davie at the corner of SW 70th Avenue and State Road 84, this elegant locale has now upped its culinary value with the addition of a new Executive Chef, David DeLeon.

DeLeon is well-known for his experience at the luxurious Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, where he worked for eight years, ending up as Assistant Chef Garde Manager. Before that, he was a prep cook at Deerfield Beach's Hilton Hotel. He was also a Sous Chef and then an A La Carte Chef at the Hartford Club, leading to awards at the Taste of Hartford.

Trained at the New England Culinary School, this Columbian-born chef also spent time internationally, working along top culinary professionals in faraway locales like Turkey. His love for the exotic translated into a taste for French Cuisine, which is his passion.

Co-owner of the Signature Grand Arlene Pecora, said, "Chef DeLeon will be a great addition to our professional team, which strives to maintain our old world charm, sophisticated elegance and fine dining experience for all guests."
